Sales And Marketing Management Training Program

We are looking for a group of talented individuals who will enter our management-training program with the goal of becoming our future leaders and managers. The sales and marketing training program is a three-year program designed to give you a well rounded, hands on learning experience to develop the skills necessary to assume a managerial role.

Beginning with steel receiving, you will gain a through understanding of materials, processing, inventory, production, quality control, and transportation.

Your training will then focus on the sales and marketing aspects of our business. You will receive intense product and application training. This will occur through practical hands-on, job-site, and classroom training. During the later stages of your training you will learn the art of sales and customer service. TRAINING PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
  • Individualized Training- Although you may be going though the program with other trainees, your program is tailored to your needs and around your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Hands on Assignments/Responsibilities- Throughout your training program you will be given assignments to apply what you are learning.
  • Interaction with Top Management- In addition to reporting to the plant marketing manager, you will train and interact with top management during and after your training.
  • Fast Paced Environment- Get ready to thrive on chaos. Your training will prepare you to deal in the fast paced environment of customer service.
  • Problem Solving Skill Enhancement-You will be challenged to analyze and solve problems on a regular basis. You will develop the skills to solve internal and external problems.
  • Mental Toughness Development- You will learn how to deal with many different personalities in many different situations. We will challenge you to rise to the occasion
  • Cross Training in all Departments- You will spend time and develop an understanding of all departments in our organization. Your initial assignment will pull these experiences together and require you to apply what you've learned.
  • Supervisory Skill Development-From the beginning your supervisory and leadership skills will be developed.


After completion of the training program, you will be assigned to one of our facilities throughout the United States as an Inside Sales Representative. There you will continue your sales and management training while assuming responsibility to manage, and grow an existing territory. The inside sales position will lead to opportunities in marketing management or outside sales for those individuals who have proven their ability.
