Outside Sales Representative - Dietrich Metal Framing

OUTSIDE SALES

At Dietrich Metal Framing, we strongly emphasize personal relationship building and selling. As an outside sales representative you will call on both established and prospective customers. This includes architects, engineers, general and sub contractors, drywall distributors, big box accounts, truss fabricators, and homebuilders. You will be required to give sales presentation on various products and services as necessary. Our outside sales people usually handle a multiple state territory with frequent overnight travel.

You will be responsible for market growth and development. Working with the marketing manager you will establish and implement strategic planning, sales forecast, and profit and loss.

CANDIDATES MUST

Have exceptional communication and listening skills.
Have strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Be self disciplined and highly motivated.
Have a four year college degree
Have a minimum of two years in field sales with construction industry experience (preferably in metal framing)
Work independently with little or no supervision.
Be willing to travel with frequent overnight stays
